Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information processed will not be used for purposes other than those below; if the purpose changes, the Company will take necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent.

  • Member registration, login, and identity verification
  • Service provision (content upload, AI analysis and generation results, storage and sharing features)
  • Service improvement and statistics (including anonymized or pseudonymized forms where possible)
  • Prevention of misuse, security, and dispute response
  • Compliance with obligations under applicable law

Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period)

① The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use periods prescribed by law or the period consented to by the data subject at collection.

② Upon membership withdrawal, personal information is deleted without undue delay; however, where retention is required by law, it is stored separately for the required period.

③ The Company currently operates the Service in beta. Account information and creative data collected during the beta period will be automatically transferred to the formal Service when it launches, in order to provide continuous and smooth service. Users who do not wish such transfer may delete their data at any time through the withdrawal function within the Service. In addition, only where unavoidable technical reasons occur during the beta period, such as major system changes or resets, some data may exceptionally be destroyed.

Article 3 (Categories of Personal Information Processed)

The Company may process the following categories to provide the Service:

Required: email, name (or nickname), login identifier (e.g., Firebase UID), and login method information (whether Google/Kakao/Facebook is linked)

During use of the Service: IP address, cookies, device and browser information, and service usage records

Content: audio and image files uploaded by users and related metadata, and text or images generated by AI

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company processes personal information only within the scope stated in Article 1 and, in principle, does not provide it to third parties without the data subject’s consent, except where required by law.

Article 5 (Processing Entrustment)

① To provide the Service smoothly, the Company may entrust personal information processing tasks as follows:

  • Cloud infrastructure and storage (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
  • Authentication services (e.g., Firebase Authentication)
  • Artificial intelligence API providers (e.g., Google)

② When entrusting processing, the Company discloses or makes available to users the entrusted entity, scope of work, and restrictions on re-entrustment as described in this Policy.

Article 6 (Cross-Border Transfer)

Depending on server and AI processing needs, personal information may be stored or processed in countries outside the Republic of Korea. In such cases, the Company complies with applicable law regarding the destination country, timing and means of transfer, and safeguards.

Article 7 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them)

① Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and other rights against the Company at any time.

② Requests may be made through in-Service settings, customer inquiry email (contact@intovee.com), or other methods guided by the Company.

Article 8 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when retention periods expire or processing purposes are achieved. Electronic files are deleted in an irrecoverable manner.

Article 9 (Data Protection Officer)

The Company designates a data protection officer responsible for personal information processing.

Article 10 (Cookies)

The Company may use cookies to provide personalized services, and users may refuse cookie storage through browser settings.

Article 11 (Changes to This Policy)

This Policy may be revised due to changes in law or the Service, and revisions will be announced within the Service.
